Just a note to thank everyone at By the Dozen for doing a spectacular job on our wedding cake last week. Everything, from start to finish, was smooth and perfect. There were lots of pictures and model cakes to see when we first went in and it helped us choose exactly what we wanted the cake to look like. The tasting was delicious. We were given a platter with different cakes, fillings, and frostings so we could mix and match things until we figured out what flavors we wanted. We had some very unique flowers as part of our table centerpieces that we wanted to have replicated on the cake in gumpaste. The flowers were done so well that quite a few of our guests were fooled into thinking we took real flowers and put them on the cake. We wholeheartedly recommend By the Dozen to anyone in need of a cake for a wedding or other special occasion. They’re absolute pros and are fantastic at what they do.
